Well Family System is designed to support organizational case/program manage systems for Maternal Child and Family Health programs and Services, Fatherhood Initiatives, Community Outreach and Referrals and other MCH systems of care. WFS supports data collection that enables organizations and other grantees to understand and meet the goals to reduce disparities in infant and maternal mortality and adverse perinatal outcomes. 

WFS incorporates the associated screening tools and assessments such as Prenatal/Infant and other risks tools, various HSMED screening tools and the XML export file process for National Healthy Start and bidirectional data sharing with Health Plans and various agencies to facilitate and empower collaborative Service Models. WFS provides Coordinated Intake and Referral methodologies and multi-relational data share opportunities for diverse organizational and community models.
