case management and data collection system

Well Family System (WFS) developed a comprehensive, stand-alone Fatherhood Program data collection and case management system to support fatherhood programs who service adult fathers (ages 18 and older) who have children ages 24 months and younger . WFS case management supports fatherhood programs that help establish and strengthen relationships, improve long-term economic stability, and overcome obstacles and barriers that prohibit fathers from being the effective and nurturing parents.
